Paul brings over 16 years of senior leadership and consultancy experience, driving digital transformation and technology initiatives across a wide range of sectors. He has worked extensively with leading ITSM tools and partners, including roles as a technical business consultant for both Cherwell (now Ivanti) and ServiceNow.
With a proven track record in ITSM project delivery, Paul consistently leads transformation programmes that are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to scope realising measurable cost savings and efficiency gains.
He adopts a customer-centric approach to service optimisation and has led successful transformations using DevOps, Agile, Lean, and SIAM models always focused on delivering value and selecting the best-fit methodologies.
A passionate advocate of ITIL, Paul has implemented multiple ITIL frameworks helping organisations establish service maturity, governance, and streamlined operations that drive service excellence and maximise value for both clients and suppliers.
He maintains close ties with the Service Desk Institute, affiliated partners, and industry leaders, and has built strong relationships with world-class service desks.
An experienced public speaker and Elite Performance & Team Culture advisor, he is dedicated to helping organisations build high-performing teams and foster customer-centric cultures.
Outside of work, Paul is deeply family-focused and actively supports his son’s football teams proudly sponsored by Global ITSM to champion community and grassroots sport.
